Sakthi Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Issue of Secured Redeemable Non-convertible Debentures and other Debt Securities on private placement basis within overall borrowing powers of the Company.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the above and in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in terms of Sakthi Finance Limiteds Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed from July 20, 2015 to August 10, 2015, both days inclusive, for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
