With reference to the earlier letter dated January 27, 2015 regarding the filing of draft Prospectus for public issue of 1,00,00,000 Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 100 each aggregating to Rs. 100 crores with the exchange, Sakthi Finance Ltd has now informed BSE that the Prospectus dated February 18, 2015 was filed with ROC, Tamilnadu, Coimbatore on February 18, 2015 and it has been registered with ROC on February 19, 2015.
