Sakthi Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Power Purchase Agreement and Energy Purchase Agreements entered into between the Company and Tamilnadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited (TANGEDCO) for supply of power generated by the Company at its Cogeneration Units at Sakthinagar, Sivaganga and Modakurichi have been terminated. This termination is made to facilitate the Company to sell power to third parties / captive users.
