With reference to the earlier letter dated November 09, 2016 intimating the appointment of Sri Jigar Dalal as Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of the Company by Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited (ARCIL) in the place of Mr. P. S. Ravendernath from November 08, 2016.<BR><BR>Sakthi Sugars Ltd <BR>has now informed BSE that ARCIL, vide their letter dated January 03, 2017, have intimated that their nomination of Mr. Jigar Dalal on the Board of Directors of the Company is effective from January 02, 2017 instead of November 08, 2016 due to administrative reasons.
