Sakthi Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 15, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve a Draft Scheme of Arrangement with the holders of FCCB (Series B).<br/><br/>Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed from July 08, 2014 to July 16, 2014 (both days inclusive) for Directors and the Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
