Sakthi Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened on May 19, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve audited Statements of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will be closed from May 12, 2015 to May 21, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Directors and the Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
