| Sakthi Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras, vide Orders dated February 25, 2015, March 23, 2015 and April 29, 2015 in C.A.No.182 and 183 of 2015 (read with C.A.No.515 and 516 of 2015) has directed the Company to hold -<BR><BR>1. A meeting of the holders of Equity Shareholders (through Postal Ballot/E-Voting) on July 22, 2015; and<BR><BR>2. A meeting of the holders of FCCB on July 23, 2015. | |
