Sakthi Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, Pursuant to Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders as required under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed from February 06, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive).
