Steel Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider & approve audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and to transact other business.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from April 28, 2015 to May 06, 2015 (both days inclusive).
