With reference to the earlier letter dated May 09, 2016, for the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on May 27, 2016.<BR><BR>Samtel Color Ltd has now informed BSE that the above said Board meeting took place on the schedule time and date. The Board raised certain Issues on the financial statements of the Company and advised the Company to resolve the issues and place the financial statements in the adjourned meeting. Accordingly, the Board meeting stands adjourned and will be held on June 01, 2016 at registered office of the Company, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2016.
