Sangam India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 09, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2016 and to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in Companys securities shall remain closed from April 30, 2016 to May 11, 2016 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct framed by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
