| Sanghvi Forging & Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements and related matters for the year ended March 31, 2015 including the results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2015 for publication pursuant to Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement.<BR><BR>Further, In accordance with the Company's code under SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for transacting in Company's shares will remain closed with effect from May 27, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive). | |
