Sanghvi Movers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2017, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from January 25, 2017 to February 11, 2017.<BR><BR>The Company has already communicated about the closure of trading window to its Promoters, Board of Directors, Designated Employees and connected persons.
