Sanghvi Movers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2016, to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from May 14, 2016 to May 27, 2016.<BR><BR>The Company has already communicated about the closure of trading window to its Promoters, Board of Directors, Designated Employees and connected persons.
