Sanghvi Movers Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 22, 2015, to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Employees of the Company from May 15, 2015 to May 25, 2015 (both days inclusive).
