Sanghvi Movers Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2015, to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from July 29, 2015 to August 14, 2015.
