The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company vide circular resolution passed on August 28, 2017 allotted 7,554 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each to the eligible Employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under the Saregama Employees Stock Option Scheme 2013. These shares shall rank paripassu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 17,41,04,920 divided into 1,74,10,492 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each.<BR> <BR> This is for the information of the Exchange.<BR>
