With reference to the earlier letter dated July 01, 2014 informing about the receipt of arbitration award in the Company's favour in the matter of Spreadtrum Communications Inc. (Spreadtrum) and subsequent communication dated August 13, 2014 and September 09, 2014, Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company have received intimation that Spreadtrum has remitted a further sum of USD 4.126 million. With this the Company have received a total of USD 32.6 million towards the award.
