Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 23, 2015, inter alia, to consider a proposal for buy-back of equity shares of the Company up to such amount of the aggregate of Companys paid up equity capital and free reserves as the Board of Directors may propose in accordance with the provisions of Sections 68, 69 and 70 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy Back of Securities) Regulations, 1998 as amended.
