Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Buy-back Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 23, 2016, inter alia, to finalize the price at which the shares will be bought back and to fix the Record Date to ascertain the shareholders who are eligible to participate in the buy-back.<BR><BR>The outcome of the postal ballot / e-voting being conducted seeking shareholders approval will also be announced on December 23, 2016.<BR><BR>As provided under Saskens Code on Insider Trading, the Trading Window has been closed from December 16, 2016 until further notice in view of consideration of accounts for the quarter ending December 31, 2016.
