Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 17, 2016, inter alia, has declared payment of: <BR><BR>1. Interim dividend of Rs.4 per equity share of Rs.10 each (40%); and<BR><BR>2. Special dividend of Rs.25 per equity share of Rs.10 each (250%).<BR><BR>The dividend will be disbursed on and from March 31, 2016.
