| Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 20, 2015, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>- Messrs. S. R. Batliboi & Co. LLP has intimated the Company their inability to continue as the Statutory Auditors of the Company. Accordingly, the Board at its meeting held on July 20, 2015 appointed Messrs S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP as statutory auditors in the casual vacancy. The Board has also recommended Messrs. S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP to be appointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to the shareholders for approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. S.R. Batliboi fit Associates LLP and S.R.Batliboi fit Co LLP are both members of the same network of firms (S.R. Batliboi & Affiliates) registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. | |
