| With reference to the earlier letter dated July 01, 2014 informing about the receipt of arbitration award in the Company's favour in the matter of Spreadtrum Communications Inc. ("Spreadtrum") and the Company's other letters dated August 13, 2014, 9th,10th and September 30, 2014.<BR><BR>Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd has now informed BSE that another arbitration process has been initiated between Spreadtrum, Beijing UniSpreadtrum Technology Ltd. and Sasken, for determining, among other things, amounts payable to Sasken for use of the jointly developed IPR and Sasken's proprietary background IPR.<BR><BR>Pending finalization of the above said arbitration, Sasken does not expect to receive royalty reports and recognize royalty for shipments from January 2015. | |
