With reference to the earlier letter dated March 08, 2016 regarding the board meeting to be held on March 14, 2016 inter alia, to consider a proposal for payment of interim dividend.<BR><BR>Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd has now informed BSE that the Directors at its meeting held on March 14, 2016 decided to adjourn the meeting to March 17, 2016.<BR><BR>Accordingly:<BR><BR>- The next meeting of the Board will be held on March 17, 2016 at the registered office of the Company to consider among other things, a proposal for an interim and / or special dividend.
