Sathavahana Ispat Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, has not recommended any dividend for the financial year 2014-15 in view of the recent amendments to the Companies Act, 2013 by virtue of which company cannot declare dividend until the past losses are fully set off against the current profits.
