Sathavahana Ispat Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the quarter / Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for trading of Companys shares by the 'Insiders' as provided under Securities Exchange Board of India (Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 shall remain closed from May 18, 2016 to June 01, 2016.
