Satin Creditcare Network Ltd has now informed BSE that following item was inadvertently missed out to be given therein the intimation:<BR><BR>- Allotment of 14,70,000 Equity Shares pursuant to the conversion of Equivalent number of warrants to the person belonging to the Promoter Group.
