Satin has informed to the exchange that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, November 24, 2017, inter-alia, to consider, discuss and approve the following items along with other items of the Agenda:<BR> <BR> 1. To consider and approve further issuance of securities on private placement basis, to persons belonging to Promoter and Non Promoter category, in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.<BR> <BR> 2. To consider and approve the notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting to obtain the approval of shareholders of the Company on the aforesaid resolutions, including finalization of date, time and venue of the Extraordinary General Meeting.
