Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of Directors has allotted 45,798 equity shares under stock option plans (ASOP - RSU and ASOP - B) of the Company, vide circular resolution dated January 11, 2013,<br/><br/>Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 1,176,976,801 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 2,353,953,602/- to 1,177,022,599 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 2,354,045,198/-.
