Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of Directors has allotted 35,000 equity shares under stock option plans (ASOP - RSU and ASOP - B) of the Company, vide circular resolution dated January 31, 2013.<br/><br/>Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 1,177,022,599 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 2,354,045,198/- to 1,177,057,599 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 2,354,115,198/-.
