Savita Oil Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors in its Meeting held on February 23, 2017 (commenced at 5.00 p.m. and concluded at 05.50 p.m.) has declared Interim Dividend @ 135% (i.e. Rs. 13.50 per share on fully paid Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each) on the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company for the financial year 2016-17, resulting in a total payout of Rs. 19,71,28,121/- (excluding taxes).
