Savita Oil Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2017 and consideration of Final Dividend on Equity Shares, if any.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the above and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the "trading window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from May 17, 2017 till completion of 48 hours after the audited results are made public.
