Savita Oil Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, (commenced at 5.30 p.m. and concluded at 7.00 p.m.), inter alia, has paid interim dividend @ Rs. 5 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 878.73 lacs (including dividend distribution tax). The Board considered this interim dividend as final dividend for the financial year 2015-16.
