To appoint Ms. Lilaben K. Agaja as an additional Director to fulfill requirement of at least one women director on the Board of Director of the Company.<BR><BR>2. To appoint Mr. Shetal Satishkumar Shah as an additional Director on the Board of Director of the Company.<BR><BR>3. To accept resignation of Mr. Satishkumar Ramanlal Shah as Director from the Board of Director of the Company.
