Sawaca Business Machines Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from May 19, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all the designated persons (including Directors) of the Company and their dependents for the purpose of consideration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.
