| Sea TV Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on <BR>May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Result (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, 'the Trading window tor dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company, will remained closed for the Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the company in accordance of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading from May 21, 2016 till the completion of 48 hours as Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016 as approved by the Board and made public. | |
