Sea TV Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Result of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, "the Trading window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company, will remained closed for the Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the company in accordance of the Companys "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" from February 04, 2017 till the completion of 48 hours as Unaudited Standalone Financial Result of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016 as approved by the Board and made public.
