| Sea TV Network Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Vandana Rathore who is an Associate Member of Institute of Companies Secretaries of India is appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. August 05, 2015 and also designated as Compliance Officer pursuant to Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement.<BR><BR>Presently composition of Key Managerial Personnel of the Company is as follows:<BR><BR>1. Mr. Neeraj Jain is the Managing Director and Chairman of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Akshay Kumar Jain is the Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.<BR><BR>3.
