SEL Manufacturing Company Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Annual Accounts (Audited) for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the "Trading Window" of the Company, shall remain closed from May 21, 2015 and will re-open 48 hours after the results are made public, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
