Selan Exploration Technology Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is being convened on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and adopt the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from May 21, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the ensuing Board Meeting.
