Selan Exploration Technology Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is being convened on November 08, 2014, inter alia, to consider and adopt the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from October 31, 2014 to November 09, 2014 (both days inclusive) in connection with the ensuing Board Meeting.
