Sequent Scientific Ltd has informed BSE that in respect of the QIP, the QIP Committee of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. May 26, 2015, has approved allotment of 7,476,635 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 535/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 525/- per share).<BR><BR>A press release issued in connection with the completion of QIP is attached.
