Sesa Sterlite Ltd has informed BSE that in compliance with the Company's Insider Trading Prohibition Policy, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all its Directors and Designated Employees including their dependents shall be closed from April 15, 2015 ending twenty four (24) hours after the public release of earnings including Financial Statement for the Fourth Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2015.
