Sub: Suspension of script consequent to non submission of Annual Report (Script code 531812) This is with reference to the non submission of annual reports of the company on listing centre of the stock exchange and subsequent suspension of the script of the company by BSE Limited. In this regard, we would like to submit that proof of filing of the annual report for the year 2014 was already given by us to the exchange and there is no default on the part of company but still the shares of the company were put under suspension.
