With reference to captioned subject this is to inform that the Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) as notified under the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rule, 2015 issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India vide Notification No. G.S.R. 111(E) dated February 16, 2015, are applicable to the Company w.e.f. Financial Year 2017-18.<BR> <BR> In this regard, Company intends to submit the Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2017 on or before December 14, 2017 in terms of the relaxation provided by the SEBI vide Circular CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016.<BR>
