| Shalimar Paints Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 21, 2014 to September 26, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 112th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 26, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges, the Company is providing electronic voting ("e-Voting") facility to members to enable them to cast their votes electronically. Accordingly, the items of business given in the Notice of the AGM may be transacted through e-Voting services provided by Central Depository Securities Limited ("CDSL"). The e-Voting shall commence at 9:00 a.m. on September 17, 2014 and end at 6:00 p.m. on September 19, 2014. | |
