Appointment of Mr. Nitin Gupta as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. February 01, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Shifting of Registered Office of the Company from West Bengal to Haryana.<BR><BR>3. The Company has issued and aliened 3625 Equity Shares upon exercise by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.
