Shalimar Paints Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, will consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015 & to recommend the dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from April 01, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive) on account of approving and taking on record of audited financial results for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015 and recommendation of dividend, if any.
