Shalimar Productions Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 09, 2017, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>- To adopt Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from February 03, 2017 and would open on February 14, 2017, i.e., 48 trading hours after the announcement of results is made to the public.
