Shalimar Wires Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 07, 2015 have appointed Ms. Sunanda Lahiri as an Independent Director of the Company in terms of Article 125 of the Articles of Association of the Company read with section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 and shall hold office till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
